EES Computer Services Cost Justification

We have composed a statement regarding support for our computer services, to be included with your proposals as necessary. The statement below reflects our upgraded and retitled position. Feel free to modify this statement for your specific proposal needs. "The EES Department supports a full-time Computer Systems Manager staff position to provide basic support services, and maintains a cost center for partial salary support and incidental expenses associated with this function. Supported tasks and items include system upgrades, system backups, email and web support, basic supplies, and hardware and software assistance. The billing rate for this cost center is $50.00 per hour of support."
