This camera is available for checkout by EES faculty, staff, and graduate students with faculty permission. To check the camera out, see the office staff in MSEC 208. Reservations are recommended.

Brochure/Specs

This camera's resolution is high enough to produce printed pictures enlarged to 8.5 x 11 without noticeable pixellation. It is not waterproof or dustproof, so it is not good for very rugged field conditions. Some features:

Problem Q&A
Q. When I turn the camera on or try to reformat the memory card, I get a CARD ERROR message.
A. The Smart Media memory card may be dirty and/or the contacts inside the camera that read the card may be dirty. Try cleaning them both as follows:

If this doesn't work, bring the camera to Susan Delap.
The card reader is probably gunked up too, so clean it following the same procedure.
