The Hydrology Program owns a Nikon Coolpix 995 digital camera that is available for checkout by Hydrology faculty, staff, and graduate students with faculty permission. To check the camera out, contact Susan Delap (sdelap at nmt.edu), MSEC 258, x5307. Reservations are recommended.

The camera's resolution is high enough to produce printed pictures enlarged to 8.5 x 11 without noticeable pixellation. It is not waterproof or dustproof, so it is not good for very rugged field conditions. Some features:
