Sample Submissions

Entering Samples: Samples can be added in batches or individually. For example, to add samples labeled 05TAB01, 05TAB02, 05TAB03, and 05TAB08, the Sample Group would be '05TAB', the Sample ID would be '01-03,08', and the Number of Samples would be '4'. When selecting Nuclides, they must have been analyzed for all the samples entered.
Adding Data to Invoice: Once information has been entered into this form, clicking "Add Sample to Invoice" adds the data to the current invoice. Upon entering sample data into the current invoice, only the sample information (Group, ID, number) fields will be cleared (to facilitate entering multiple samples).
Changing Investigator Details: Investigator Details can be modified if there are no samples in the current invoice.
Deleting Data: If any mistakes are made, samples can always be deleted from the current invoice by selecting the checkbox next to the data and clicking "Delete".
Finishing Invoices: Once all the samples have been entered into the invoice, click "Generate Final Invoice" to generate a final printable invoice to submit for billing. Please print this invoice on institution letterhead and remit to CRONUS-Earth for reimbursement.
