Companions

Registered participants are encouraged to bring companions to Zeolite '06. If you register a companion, he/she may accompany you to all conference social events and on the mid-week field trip. Registered companions are also eilgible to sign up for the optional post-conference field trip. In addition, registered companions will also have the opportunity to attend separate special day trips held during the week. The following three trips are planned:

July 17: Day Trip to Santa Fe, NM -- the "City Different" -- to explore museums and historic buildings. Leaves at 8:30 am and returns at 5 pm.
July 18: Day Trip to Acoma Pueblo, NM -- longest continuously occupied Indian Village in North America. Leaves at 8:00 am and returns at 5:30 pm.
July 20: Half-day Trip to the Very Large Array (VLA) -- a National Radio Astronomy Observatory telescope. Leaves at 8:30 am and returns at 1 pm (tentative).

If you plan to register a companion, please complete the companion section on the online registration form. Companions can also register for the day trips and the optional post-conference field trip on this form. (Note: Registered companions must be at least 12 years of age in order to participate in the field trips.)
