Suggestion:
For low resolution movies, set your internet
connection speed in the QuickTime Control Panel to 56K.
For high resolution movies, set you connection speed to T1.

This "movie"
is actually a time-lapse animation taken over several hours while
a lava flow spilled out of the lava lake on the right side of
the image. Final flow length is approximately 20 meters.
