Canadian Arctic
These are some photos from when I spent 2 summers doing fieldwork in the Canadian Arctic. All photos (when they arrive) are from an area approx. 80 km southwest of Rankin Inlet (approx. 2/3 of the way up the western side of Hudson Bay). Apart from the neat rocks we were mapping the area had an abundance of wildlife - it was a nesting ground for hawks, falcons, sandhill cranes, geese, loons etc. We saw occasional foxes and were in a major caribou migratory path.
